Dr. Marc teve seu primeiro artigo científico publicado em 1985 e tem mais de 30 trabalhos entre artigos publicados, pré-print e apresentações em congressos medicos e desenvolveu mais de 116 patentes em 60 diferentes países ao redor do mundo, incluindo Brasil e Estados Unidos.
Dr. Marc Abreu’s first scientific publication was in 1985 in the field of neuro-ophthalmology, already showcasing his early interest in neurology and the brain. This research was published in the Arquivos Brasileiros de Oftalmologia, a highly respected journal in global medicine (click to read).
Since then, Dr. Abreu has authored over 30 scientific works, including peer-reviewed articles, conference abstracts, and preprints, presented at prestigious medical congresses.
This discovery led to the invention and patent of the Abreu BTT 700 System, which has been FDA-approved. Dr. Marc Abreu serves as the Medical Director of the BTT Medical Institute, where, in addition to cancer patients, he treats individuals with neurodegenerative conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, ataxia, Huntington’s disease, motor neuron diseases (ALS), multiple system atrophy, as well as multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and other neurological disorders. His approach is based on the modulation of brain thermodynamics and thermoregulatory frequencies.
